Where do you ship?

I currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Australia.


When do you mail packages out?

If your package is urgent, don’t hesitate to email me and I can do my best to get the package out within 1-2 business days. I have USPS Priority as an option as well and I get USPS Priority packages out as soon as I can. There can be periods of time when it takes me a few weeks to get orders shipped a I am a full-time college student.


How do I know when my package has been shipped?

You will know when your package has been shipped when you receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update with an estimated delivery date.


Do you do custom orders?

When I open my custom orders, I will announce it via Instagram and Facebook. If you see something that I have created that you would like me to add to a sale, email me and I will do my best to make more. Oftentimes, I have pre-order sales, which are remakes of pairs that are in demand and are shipped out within a specified period of time after your placed order.


Do you accept exchanges and returns?

No, I don’t accept exchanges and returns, but it depends on the situation. If there is an issue or damage to your product, email me and I will do my best to solve the issue. Please note that once a package is delivered to the post office, it is out of my hands and responsibility. The USPS Priority shipping option comes with insurance. If you are not happy with your order or have any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will work with you.


How often do you do restocks and sales?

My sale dates will always be posted on Instagram and Facebook. I am currently in my senior year of college so I create when I have time. I’m still in the process of creating email sale announcements, which will be emailed to those that have subscribed, this should be active in 2024.
